Kalib Walsh
President
Kalib Walsh is a graduating senior with majors in Logistics Management and Marketing! He is also graduating with 2 minors: Theater and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. He is heavily involved on campus in other performance-based groups Buck That! Acapella and Buckeye Beatbox. He loves to spend time with friends and family, perform, play and watch football and basketball, and binge watch TV shows! Fun fact: he got stung by a whole hive of wasps this summer!
Max Saxon-Housum
Music Director
Max Saxon-Housum is a sophomore with a major in Psychology and on the pre-med track. Besides spending time with the Meshuganotes, he is involved with the fraternity Phi Delta Epsilon, volunteers at the Wexner Medical Center, and is a research assistant in the Vision and Cognitive Neuroscience Lab. Max likes to spend time with friends, watch movies, and play music on the piano and saxophone. Fun fact: although Max is music director he has never seen Pitch Perfect!
Jennifer Martel
Assistant Music Director and Secretary
Jennifer Martel is a sophomore majoring in Math Education! She is graduating with 2 minors: Mathematics and American Sign Language. She is very involved on campus in other groups such as Scarlet and Gray (Taylor’s Version), Philosophy Club, and is actively involved with Hillel. She loves to bake, go on walks, watch movies, and listen to music! Fun fact: she can say the alphabet back in under ten seconds!
Nicolas Xu
Treasurer
Nicolas Xu is a senior with a major in Chemistry with no current plans for further education. While not currently involved in any other performance groups he was a former member of Buckeye Beatbox and The Ohio State University’s athletic band. He loves performing, hanging out with friends, reading, and playing a variety of video games.
Zachary Seaver

Zach Seaver
Zach Seaver is a sophomore with a major in Health Sciences! He is also a member of two other performance-based groups: the Ohio State University Men’s Glee Club and the Statesmen. He also serves as the co-Shabbat/Holiday Chair at the OSU Schottenstein Chabad House! He loves to spend his time playing guitar, watching basketball and football, and working out!
Fun Fact: He has size 14 shoes!
Michelle Lee
Michelle Lee is a freshman with an Undecided major but will probably major in Political Science. She’s had a decade of singing and performing experience with her choir. She loves to hang out with her friends and family, play piano and violin, spend time outdoors, and drink boba. Fun Fact: She knows all the world countries flags!
Rebecca Stoffel
Rebecca Stoffel is a freshman majoring in English and Religious Studies with a minor in nonprofit management. She enjoys writing and is much better at it than singing, but she’s so grateful to still have the opportunity to perform with the Meshuganotes. She loves exploring different expressions of faith and love, which is what drew her to the Shugs. Fun fact: Rebecca experiences mild jaw dislocations nearly every day (she’s okay though)
